What is the name of your state? tennessee

we have a house that we purchased after we was married.. my name isnt on it.. cause my credit was bad.. will i get anything from it if we divorced?
can he throw me out of the house?..
btw.. the house is 2 months behind too....

Possibly, it depends on how long you have been married, and how long you have owned the house....assuming that it doesn't end up in foreclosure.

No, he can't throw you out of the marital residence. Only a judge can order you to move.
