What is the name of your state? Maryland

I separated from my spouse on 6/1/2002, since then she has been living in the martial home without making any contributions towards the mortgage which is also in her name. I have solely been making the payments in order to protect my own credit. Is there any way that I can evict her or force her to make the payments and reimburse me for the payments I've made for the last year and counting that I have not resided there?
