washington state: my wife and i are in the process of going through a divorce, before the divorce was started, we were planning on going to Mexico, the last 2 weeks in dec. 2001, with my parents, who are paying for the trip. my son will be 18 the end of Jan. 2002. my wife is now telling our son she won't sign a paper so that he can leave the united states. if she doesn't give her consent he won't be able to go. is there any recourse, i have, so that my son will be able to go?
