What is the name of your state? az

I received a letter from my ex attorney that they have filed a Motion For Court
to Sign Quit Cllaim Deed. I want to respond to this and dispute it. How
do I go about doing that.

Do I wait for the court to contact me. I can not afford an attorney, like ex, so
what is the next procedure. Can it be done by mediation, arbitrator or what.

When can I send my exhibits in like she did by her attorney?

Thanks

Like you were told several months ago. Since non of us have read your divorce decree and since you won't tell anyone what the decree says regarding the house, no one here can really help you.

I'm not asking for your a discussion of the wording. I just want to know what
the next step is after receiving this Notice. Will the courrt set a hearing date,
will I get a chance to present my evidence
