Oklahoma My ex was suppose to pay me back for my 401K in the amount of $4750.00 mandated by the judge through an appeal. He has not sent me the paperwork that the judge ordered his attorney to prepare. Now my lawyer is filing a motion to settle a journal entry. What does this mean?
What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

It sounds like your lawyer is trying to compel your ex to appear in court with the documents.
