Motion to Vacate FC 473 - How long do I have ?

What is the name of your state? California

A set aside of my divorce agreements "division of assets" was granted for reasons my lawyer is to blame, not me. Facts support that the court made the wrong decision in this case. My lawyer is filing a motion to vacate on those grounds complete with an affidavit declaring his mistakes and feels it will be fairly straight forward in this case.

My question, what is the deadline to file a motion to vacate FL473 in california ? 30 days? 60 days? 6 months ? is there a deadline ?
