What is the name of your state? Michigan

I want to file for divorce from a 17 year marriage. We share joint ownership of our home. I make the house payments with direct deposits weekly out of my paycheck. I don't believe I could make the payments on one income, but at the same time since I have made ALL the payments I should be entitled to half of what the house is worth should it be sold. What should I do first? If I move out, am I entitled to my belongings or do I forfeit everything? Should I move out and then file? PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE.......:(
