I currently live in Cherokee County, but will be moving in a month to a different county in GA. I am trying to file divorce paperwork asap, but don't know which county to file in, where I live now, or where I'll be living in a month? I called the county clerk and they said they weren't sure either, and to call a lawyer to ask. Please help, thank you!
