Mrs. Marla S. KidwellOhio If one pouse has no grounds and wishes for a divorce and the spouse that has grounds does not will they be forced to sign divorce papers and if they are not signed by both parties are they legal? |

| You really should delete your full name from your post. Its honestly not wise to do that. If one of the parties wants a divorce, grounds or not, they will get one. It might take longer without the signature of the other spouse, but they WILL get one.

| Yes a spouse can be granted a no-fault divorce without the signature of the other spouse. Only a JUDGE's signature causes divorce papers to be valid and legal.
