Durring the time my husband divorced me I was having a nervous breakdown. The only thing that I remember is when he gave me papers to sign. Since then I have been hospitalized and am getting better with medication. His Aunt did all of the paperwork. I wanted to know if this is legal to divorce a person in that condition. I am in Illinois.
