my fiance is still married.... quickest way to a divorce

Indiana

My finance just realized he never got a conformation on his divorce. I called up to the courthouse and they are still married. I was wondering what paperwork i need. He did sign her sons birthcertificate, later finding out he was not the father.

HE needs to call the courthouse and get the details on his divorce. As for the child, he would need to do a DNA test (at his own cost) and if proven to not be the father consult with lawyer to get the matter settled

Your fiance (loosely speaking) has a wife, therefore, he cannot have a fiance.

He needs to get some legal advice and see exactly where in the process his divorce is. Then he can work to finalize it.

And, for the record...he IS the legal father of that child.
