my fiance is still married.... quickest way to a divorceIndiana My finance just realized he never got a conformation on his divorce. I called up to the courthouse and they are still married. I was wondering what paperwork i need. He did sign her sons birthcertificate, later finding out he was not the father. |

| HE needs to call the courthouse and get the details on his divorce. As for the child, he would need to do a DNA test (at his own cost) and if proven to not be the father consult with lawyer to get the matter settled |

| Your fiance (loosely speaking) has a wife, therefore, he cannot have a fiance. He needs to get some legal advice and see exactly where in the process his divorce is. Then he can work to finalize it.
