My friend was served papers this morning(signed by a judge)and had her two kids taken away.The father won custody in the divorce because the court states she did not respond when in fact they have records showing she did respond..When she filed her response she also filed a paper to waive the fees and that we are told now(after the fact)was indeed denied.. She did not recieve anything from the courts or the other parents attorney of any of this..What can she do now??
