What is the name of your state? Co

I was divorced in September of 2004 and never changed back to my maiden name. I am now getting remarried. Is this going to be a hassle to change from my previous married name to my new married name?

Im not in CO, so unless there is something very different there you should not have any hassles. When I divorced my 1st husband, I did not go back to my maiden name either. I was going to be getting remarried & didn't see the point of changing things, i.e. drivers license, SS card, etc. only to change them again in 6 months. Actually, I didn't have any difficulty at all & neither should you. GL to you.[/FONT]
