Name still on mortgage, want off

What is the name of your state? Texas

My name is still on the house mortgage and I'm not fighting for it she's keeping it.
How do i go about getting my name off of it.?

She has to refinance the house in her name. Until she does you do NOT quitclaim the deed to the house to her. If you are in a divorce, then you get a court to order her to refinance and at that time you will transfer the deed.

I hope you haven't finalized your divorce before obtaining a requirement that she refinance you off the mortgage in exchange for a QC deed from you.
