undefinedWhat is the name of your state? my state is michigan, my husband wants to move out, he says he will continue to pay all bills including my health insurance, we have been married 43 yrs, he is having an affair with younger woman, she too is married but will not leave her husband. my husband thinks if he moves out she might also, he wants to date her and maybe others, but no divorce for right now, need help, should I get some legal form, to insure me that he will pay or just go for the divorce. still love him but I dont think I can ever take him back if he moves out. I REALLY NEED HELP

First thing monday morning go to the courthouse and file for divorce. Also file for a temporary restraining order then go back home and wait for the locksmith you called on the way home and change the locks on the home.

If he wants to leave here's his chance.

Get yourself a consult with an attorney. You need things settled legally so that the provisions are enforceable.
