I live in the commonwealth of Virginia
I am currently seperated from my wife for 10 months, there are no children in this marriage. My wife is on my health insurance plan at my work. Am i legally bound to cover her until our divorce or can I drop her from coverage with proper notifation? Am i responsible for any health related bills for her during this time? We did not have a legal seperation drawn up between us.
