Question

need divorce

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? texas
I have been seperated from my husband for 1yr and a half he is no where to be found and we have two children together. He is on probation for two different things I have a protection order on him, and he is $16,000 behind on child support on a little girl that is 4 months older than our youngest. How can I get my divorce without it costing an arm and a leg. And take all his rights away
