What is the name of your state? NY
Hi, my divorce was finally settled via STIP with a JHO on Oct 25, 2004. AS of yet, I have not received word that it was signed by the judge or filed with the state. On the court website today, my record was updated, with the phrase JS 3/10/05.. The judges name was Sidney Strauss.. so I am guessing JS stands for Judge Strauss.. but I could be wrong.. could this mean it was finally signed and I am done ??
