I can not take it anymore... I am thinking about to get divorced. we got married 2001. He cheated on me 3 times and this time he left our house without saying anything. It was 2 weeks ago. I did not hear from him since then. I have no idea where he is at right now. And also, I am Immigrant who is applying for a Greencard through marriage.
1)Can I still file a divorce by myself? or it is need his appearance, or signiture? And How long does it takes?
2)And what's gonna happen on my situation?
3) Can I get out from this state to ease my pain when I file a divoce? or I have to stay here???

I have no idea about devorce or the Laws... Please help me...

You can file for divorce, but you have to do it in OK. If you move, you'd have to wait until you establish residency in the new state. As for your green card... it's really up to the INS (or whatever the new agency is called). You may have to leave the US if your card still has conditions attached.

I believe you can leave the United states whenever you feel like it.You just will never be able to come back!
