What is the name of your state? NYS

I am starting the process of getting a contested divorce. I have two sons and my spouse is incarcerated for 27 to life. Can he get vistitaion and fight me in the divorce?

That is the very definition of a "contested" divorce...your spouse wants to fight you in this divorce.

Well, he could try. However his odds of succeeding would be about as slim as they come.
