Need Help About Immigration and Divorce...

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? NY

Hello,

I would like to know what legal actions can be taken toward a male who married a US Citizen in abroad and came to US and got his Alien Card (Permanency). Now he divorced the wife because his intention was only to come to US. Now the wife wants to send him back to his country and take legal actions. Please give some advice. Thank you very much.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

If he has his permanent green card, there is nothing that can be done to send him back to his home country. If he has a conditional green card, then if they divorce, he may not be able to stay.
