Need help fast in NJ

I live in NJ,
my husband went to work one day and never came home. He has been gone a few days already.
He has a drug problem and im sure he's using again.
I have five children to take care of. How can i make sure i don't go totally in debt with him, since we are still married right now.
Is the anything i can do fairly inexpensive and quickly to protect us until i can get a divorce????
