What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? texas
I am an domestic abuse advocate and am looking for correct information.
Client's husband filed for divorce when client was out of state. Divorce was granted. Problem is client's husband forged her name. Client wants to appeal the divorce. Court has told client she has 30 days to file an appeal. Time is running out. I know she needs to file a from Motion for a new trial which I need to get on line. Which form is it? How will I now if this is the correct form she is needing? Now she is being told to also get a form called a docketing statement. Is this correct?
