Need a lawyer.

What is the name of your state?California

Are there any lawyers out there that give free consutations and take cases without a retaining fee being paid right then and there. If so can someone PLEASE refer one to me. I live in Lompoc, ca and have to file in Santa Maria, ca. So the attorney can be in any of these two cities....please help. If I posted this in the wrong place I'm sorry.
