I now live in Texas but, got married in Missouri where soon to be ex still lives. My question is can I get a divorce here in Texas? We have nothing to fight over such as kids or property in case this might make a difference.
If the answer is no do I phsycally have to be in Missouri or can a lawyer represent me? Thank you
