Need some help with my divorce

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

My husband cheated on me, and consequently impregnated her..
He filed a petition for divorce, I was served.
I then defended myself and responded according to the appropriate forms, it was filed as a counter petition and response to his petition.

He now wants to try to force me to remain in the marriage, by withdrawing his divorce petition...
Can he file for this withdrawl, and will it cancel out the divorce?

I cannot remain married to this man any longer.

I cannot remain married to this man any longer.

He can file to dismiss as the petitioner, but because you responded, the court will require your agreement to dismiss. You don't have to agree.
