needing to start over

I want to make this short and sweet. when I got married I married a man who I thought may be dieing of cancer. who I thought had only 4 children owed no back child support. was only married 2 times. Who was close with his children and family. But what I got was a man who had 5 children. owed back child support had been married 3 times one of which he never had children with. the child I didn't know about because was supposedly none of my business was from an old girlfriend, to whom he had an affair with while married to his second wife. he is not close with his children or his family. has been in trouble with the law. Not sure what for. And to this day there are no doctor bills, follow up exams, medicine, etc... to colaborate the cancer story. I have been married to him for 2 years now because I am not sure what my options are. I have tried to get pass all these things but they keep surfaceing.
My question is: Do I have the legal right to his medical records from before we got married?
Also, before we got married my parents gave me an acre of land as she did all my brothers and sisters. she signed it over to me after we got married so we could put a house on it to which we bought together. How will this play out if I ask out of the marriage? I live in texas and we don't have children together but I have a daughter.
The land is my main concern and is why I am still here.
What are my rights?
If I had known he wasn't close with his children I wouldn't have ever put my daughter throughthis. He was very clever and I was very blind. Please Help!!!!

i know you hate hearing this but you should see a lawyer and make sure it doesnt become community property. an the lawyer can do a background check on him as well.
