| Verbal Abuse
Here is the situation: A father (G) has never married the mother (T) and T has the son. The father lives with his girlfriend. The son lives with mother and half brother. The half brother uses very abusive language and continuously fights with the son. Son is 9 years old and half-brother is 18 years old. The father went to visit the son and the half-brother used abusive language and insulted the father. The father has taken the son and told the mother to have the half-son move out or he will not return his son to her because of the half-brother who uses foul language and always verbally and physically abuse the son. What right does the father have if he does not have legal custody? They never have been married and he moved away completely from the mother's home two years ago. |
