New Jersey - My ex-wife's attorney put forth a consent order (CO) to my attorney and I agreed to the conditions of the CO. My ex's attorney subsequently sent the CO to the Judge who signed it and logged it in (sorry for the non-legal jargon). It's got his [Judge] stamp and signature on it.

Now, my ex wants to undo the CO saying that she never agreed to the CO and had no knowledge that her lawyer proposed it to me, etc.

Can she undo it at this point in time?

Thanks
