I have some questions on no fault divorce. With a No fault divorce, does the petitioner need the consent from the other party or is it a mutual decision? My friend has been living in Canada for the past 6 months to get away from him and they have been legally separated this whole time. She asked him if he would be agreeable to a divorce but he said no even though he is currently living with another girl.
