No Fault Divorce - He Filed the Same Time I Filed

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

We both filed for divorce at the same time for a simple no-fault divorce. I received his papers first and they are the same as what I filed. Neither of us are asking for anything other than the divorce. I'm not particularly worried about what I paid to my lawyer - my question is... if we both do nothing we'll end up divorced one way or the other.. but is there a problem if we both do nothing and let both divorces go thru?What is the name of your state?

No, you didn't file at the same time.

Look at the time on the file stamp in both cases.

One was filed first and the other was filed second.

Generally, the one filed first will be the one where the divorce is granted and the second will be dismissed.
