No responseWhat is the name of your state? california What happens if I had my husband served on 2/19/08 and it is 4/9/08 and he still has not responded to my divorce petition? What do I do next, and what does that mean for me? I requested 100% custody of our child (physical and legal). |

| You should seek a default judgment in your favor. Where is your legal help on this?

| This is why I tell people that divorce is not a do it yourself project unless you absolutely know what you are doing BEFORE you do it. Your next step is to fill out and file a request to enter default judgment. Wait until default is entered, then submit your judgment to the court.

| Paralegals cannot give legal advice, they can only prepare your paperwork
