non contested Fl. attorneyWhat is the name of your state? Florida I was using legal aid here and they did the Marital settlement agreement for me, which was fairly simple, we have been seperated for 5 years. We have both signed with notaries and now the attorney has left and there are no more family law attorneys there. What is the next step? I thought he had to be served something. Do I just file the marital settlement agreeement or is there more? Please help!! Thanks Last edited by amafrias; 03-11-2008 at 04:56 PM. Reason: hit a wrong button before finished |

| He has to be served a copy of everything. Legal aid should be able to hook you up with someone.
