Question

non-legal separation 4-yrs

What is the name of your state? Tennessee Have not lived with ex since April of 2002. We have no children together, no assets, but he is unwilling to sign agreement to divorce. I have a general idea where he is, but I just want to know proceedings to divorce him without him having to sign.

Get an attorney. The attorney can arrange to have him served via publication.

In Maryland a divorce can proceed after 2 years when it is being contested. You just need proof you have been seperated for that period of time.
