What is the name of your state? Louisiana.... I recently split up with a girlfriend who i had been living with for 3 years. We had purchased a mobile home together. At the time of purchase we were both working and had a joint checking account. both of our names are on the title of the mobile home. She was laid off of work. I continued to pay for the mobile home, her car note, and her tuition for school. She has now moved out and wants me to give her half of the purchase price of the trailer. I don't think that she deserves half. Can anyone tell me what she is entitled to if anything. Please help me out
