not returning my possessions

What is the name of your state? texas. just got my divorce on monday and he was ordered to return my property by 5pm. he returned only some things and not the big stuff. these are small things, but he was ordered to return them and he did not. what he did return was damaged and i am still paying for these items by payroll deduction. He is a registered sex offender and is probation. i was also told to return his property and i did. what rights do i have to get my things back?

If he was ordered by a court to return your things, and didn't, he's in contempt. Get him for that. If it wasn't an order by a court, then sue him for items not returned and for the items that were returned damaged.
