We were engaged, bought a house, had a beautiful little girl and couldn't wait to get married until I found out he was spending $100-$200 a day gambling. Tried everything but he wont stop. Now he's lying about it, calling bookies, etc. Needless to say, the happy wedding is no more.

Here's my question: I want him out of the house. It is in both of our names. How can I make him leave? I don't want to sell, I can afford to stay there on my own. Doesn't he have to provide a roof over his daughter's head. He wants me to leave but I feel I should be able to stay with my daughter.
