What is the name of your state? Florida

Does anyone know what a Notice of Non-Availability is?
I was checking court docket progress reports on our county website and this is what my husband's attorney filed this week. I looked it up in a law dictionary, however, that particular statement wasn't there. I'd rather not call the $attorney$ if I don't have to Thanks in advance!

I believe it means that the attorney is not available for a particular court date. That the attorney has a scheduling conflict.
