i have already filed the petition and sent the waiver to his mother's house. he will not tell me where he is living.been near 2 mo since his mom signed for cert mail. he will not respond to phone calls/text msg.need to file notification by pub. don't want to pay for re-wording same doc.what do i need to change to refile? what else can i do to get this over with??
