onesided divorce

What is the name of your state? florida

My boyfriend has been seperated from his wife since 1994. He has last seen her 4 year ago. They have 2 children, but do not know where they or his wife are currently located. Can he file and be granted for divorce anyways? And if so, how?

Yes, and a FL lawyer can tell him how and how much it will cost. But don't be surprised if your boyfriend doesn't want a divorce. Lot's of people prefer the safety from pressure to marry by already being married.
