What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TN

I met with an atty yesterday and he agreed that my divorce is pretty straight forward and should not be complicated at all (for now). No real estate, no children and each keeps their own retirement and split maritial property/debt equally.

The question is, since this is not a complex divorce would an online serive such as Tennesse Online Divorce be a good option? Does anyone have information on this topic and specifically that web site. $249.00 plus filing fees seems to be very reasonable.

Thanks
