My wife filed for divorce in March. I do not have my own attorney, I paid the fees and let her do it. Everything's agreed upon, no problems, I signed the Child Support and Spousal Support Stipulation and it was filed with the court. I just found out that her attorney did not show up in September to the case management conference so a new date was assigned. It is now in December and it says "osc re: dismissal and sanctions" I have read that means Order to Show Cause, but what does that mean??? Do I need to show up? Are they going to dismiss the case and we have to start over if no one shows up again?
