I stated my petion for divorce in 1993 in Ca. All paper work was filed, we appeared in court. The only things left was the 6 month waiting period and file the entry of judgment. During the 6 month period I moved and continue to live out of state. I failed to file the entry of judegment papaers. Am I divorced or not. I cannot seem to get any help form the county in which I filed.

Nope, you are not divorced yet.....unless your spouse went ahead and finalized the paperwork himself.
