I was married in Ohio. My husband left me and I relocated to Virginia. Can I file for divorce from Virginia or do I have to go back to Ohio to do so????

I don't know about the states your talking about but I do know that my sister who lives in oregon divorced her husband who lived in Ma. The only problem was because every thing was done by mail she didn't get what she would've gotten if she had flown to Ma to do it in person.
