Been seperated for over six years. Two and a half years ago she filed legal seperation papers and began divorce proceedings. Since then no action or movement on her part. Two questions;

1. Can I begin proceedings in CA to make this happen?

2. Twelve year old daughter, whom I see regularly has expressed desire to move to CA from VA, what are my options?
