my husband and i are doing our own divorce through an appointed mediator. his girl friend, who was consorting with him through the last year of our marriage ( and they are now living together) says she is involved in our divorce and is going to stay involved. she is the reason for the breakup. do i have any recourse to stop her interference and to see him privately about matters concerning the divorce? we are not yet divorced.
is loss of consortium suit a possibility?
