Parental Kidnapping

My daughters boyfriend just returned from Missouri with his daughter. He has not gotten divorced which I suspect means no custody agreement. His wife is now threating him with parental kidnapping. Is this possible?What is the name of your state?

It's possible if there are orders prohibiting his movement with the child. I guess it'll be something that will be brought up in court. His problem definitely either way.

Instead of worrying about his business, you should tell your daughter about dating married men.
