What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? WA
Is there any advice for a service member (enlisted) who plead guilty at a CO's NJP for Adultery and later found that the spouse (married to an officer) is pregnant? Can the command keep the father to be away from the mother to be via MPO's or any other means? What would you advise the SM to do to be able to be with the spouse since both parties have already filed for a divorce and are having a baby together? Niether the enlisted SM or the spouse of the officer reside with thier current spouses.

The military does not approve of adultery and takes steps to prevent and punish it.

The service members can either quit the military or get married after their divorces are final. If they stay in the military and stay together, they are probably facing dishonorable discharge.
