I can not afford to pay the monthly mortgage and home equity loan payments on my own. Not to mention all the utilities and upkeep.
Everything is in both of our names. I don't know what to do. Any advice?
Thank you | Whether or not he feels he is under an obligation, the creditors (such as the utility companies and the mortgage holder) will hold both of you responsible for payment, as long as you are both on the bills/loan.
If you can't afford the house on your own, you'll need to sell.
