Paying the bills - Massachusetts

What is the name of your state? Massachusetts

What is the law when you are no longer responsible for bills your spouse creates?

Most of our debt is in credit cards which are in her name only. Some before marriage and some after. Who is responsible for them? She maxed them all out buying total junk with out asking me.

well if you want to not be held responsible for any more bills, I wouldn't wait for her, go file yourself
